Training, your company's future!

Because today training is an essential element in the industrial world, INDUSTRIE Paris mobilises its resources in order to accompany you in this field.

Keep informed of the various training bodies, their orientations and perspectives in the show's training zone. The event will help you optimise your action when recruiting and when searching for training.

Les Compagnons du Devoir

Men from various professions willing to work together on a community project: the future of young people in the workplace.

The ability to bring together young and old, novices and experts, workers and employers, peripatetic and sedentary people, this is one of the strengths of the guild.

This year “INDUSTRIE Paris” in partnership with “Les Compagnons du Devoir”, is going to organise a competition “Jobs and Industry” !

This event will be aimed at certain targeted professions such as mechatronics and the electrical industry, boiler making, CNC turning and milling.

Organised as a competition, with work stations equipped with machines and material, 4 teams of 4 young people will compete to become the best in their discipline by completing a set task in a given amount of time. This year the task the apprentices have been set is to create a hydro-kinetic turbine.
